!The Challenge

KORE Wireless, a global leader in IoT connectivity with operations in 180+ countries, was seeking to expand their industrial IoT portfolio. Their enterprise customers—Fortune 500 manufacturers with facilities across North America, Europe, and Asia—needed a unified platform to monitor equipment regardless of location, network provider, or local regulations.

The technical challenges were significant:

  • Multi-carrier complexity: Different MNOs in each country with varying APN configurations
  • Protocol fragmentation: Equipment ranged from legacy Modbus RTU to modern OPC-UA
  • Data sovereignty: GDPR in EU, data localization requirements in China and Brazil
  • Time zone management: Maintenance teams across 12+ time zones needed coordinated alerting
  • Language barriers: Dashboard and alerts required localization in 8 languages

"MachineCDN solved the hardest problem in global IoT: making it actually work everywhere. Our automotive customers have factories in Germany, Mexico, and China—all running different equipment, different networks, different regulations. One platform, one dashboard, one bill. That's what they needed, and that's what we deliver together."
